Our Story
Sager & Sager Associates is a full service law firm located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The law office is unique in that it has had cases argued at all levels of the court system in both Pennsylvania and the Federal level, including the United States Supreme Court. Our lawyers appear regularly in court, primarily in Berks County, Chester County and Montgomery County Courts. Our lawyers regularly handle such diversified matters including, family law matters (divorce, support, child custody and adoption), personal injury, fiduciary and estate matters (wills, trusts, estate probate), criminal law, real estate (development, sales negotiation, municipal land use issues), social security and workers’ compensation.

For three generations, the law firm of Sager & Sager Associates has been providing expert legal representation to the residents of Montgomery, Berks, and Chester counties. Founded in 1955 by the late Louis Sager, the firm enjoys a deserved reputation for vigorously fighting for the rights of their clients. Lawrence Sager carries on his father’s dedication to fairness and integrity, joined by his sons, Daniel Sager and Adam Sager.

Meet Our Attorneys
Attended Ursinus College and Temple University Law School where he was graduated first in his class and editor of the Law Review. He specializes in property and real estate law, family law, wills and estates, business and municipal law. He has served as solicitor for Trappe Borough, Douglass Township (Montgomery County), and North Coventry Township. He is a certified mediator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers retired as of 2019.
Attended Clark University and Villanova Law School. He specializes in family law; property, real estate and contract law; and wills and estates. He has served as legal counsel to the Douglass Township (Montgomery County) Planning Agency. He is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Attended Ursinus College and Widener University Law School where he was a member of Law Review. He specializes in criminal law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security, and employment law. He is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
